Cancellation Policy

⏰ Late Arrivals
• A 10-minute grace period is given.
• After that, a $15 late fee will be applied every 20 minutes.
• Continued lateness may result in service adjustments or cancellation.
💎 Services Valued at $150 or More
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
• If canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 45% cancellation/rebooking fee will apply.
🌺 All Other Services
• Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
• If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 35% cancellation/rebooking fee will apply.
🚫 No-Shows will be banned
